Ongoing monitoring
Every active identity is screened again each day against list changes. When a new candidate appears, the identity is suspended and your backend receives an identity.suspended webhook. Reviewers then clear or confirm it.

- The person never learns that a sanctions or PEP check caused a delay. Your backend receives the real reason codes.
- Records for your auditors
- Each screening stores the list versions it ran against and its result. Screening records are kept for 10 years.
Fair country rules
- Nobody is refused for nationality alone.
- Residence in a comprehensively sanctioned country or region, or a connection from one, is refused.
- Nationals of those places who live elsewhere are reviewed by a person.
